Established with Gust Realty, LLC in 2017, Donna Seybold brings a unique combination of real estate operations expertise, hands-on experience, and a genuine passion for helping people find the right place to call home.
Before earning her real estate license, Donna served as Director of Operations in a fast-paced, high-end real estate office and as Executive Assistant to the Managing Broker/Owner. In these roles, she played a key part in facilitating more than 1,000 successful real estate transactions, the merge with CENTURY 21 in 2019 and then the sale to CENTURY 21 Circle in 2025. Her background in corporate human resources, customer service, and business operations gives her a strong foundation in organization, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail?skills she brings to every client relationship.

Donna's understanding of real estate goes far beyond her professional experience. Having moved more than 25 times, purchased and sold 7 personal properties, built 2 custom homes, and experienced life as both a landlord and a tenant, she understands firsthand the excitement, challenges, and decisions that come with every move. From a home more than 100 years old to waterfront living along the Fox River, she has experienced a wide variety of homes and lifestyles. Her childhood also gave her an appreciation for different ways of living, from growing up in the city to spending weekends on her grandparents' working farm. And yes, she's even driven rented U-Haul trucks to and from storage many times!

These personal experiences, along with recently guiding her adult children through the homebuying process, have shaped her belief that real estate is about much more than property. It's about people, families, changing needs, and finding the right fit for the next chapter of life.

Family gatherings and cheering on her grandchildren at their sporting events are among her favorite ways to spend time. Donna also believes that personal growth is a lifelong journey. She values learning, embracing new experiences, and continually growing as a person, both personally and professionally.
